Poker RPG
Interesting Concept. Bad Execution.
There are a million and one websites out there for playing poker, so its understandable that any new site would use a gimmick to set itself apart. Adding a RPG element to poker has some interesting possibilities. This game has very few of them.
Let me start with the good things about this website: You can play blackjack, poker, and Liar’s Dice. At least, most of the time you can. Thats about it.
Now for the bulk of this post: My issues. There are uncountable bugs in all of the games. Blackjack and Poker each have you end up betting a different amount than you entered have the time. Liar’s Dice has your dice change part way through. Tables stop dealing new hands, trapping everyone (or at least their chips) for an hour or more. The number of free chips you get per day (at least at the low levels) is enough to pay the blind for one, maybe two hands. The RPG elements all have at least a small amount of potential, but none of them live up to it. You choose your house location from a small group of places, have to pay sizable sums for anything to put into your house. The “jobs” which you can do twice per day return very little for the amount of time you have to wait. The “Loan” feature (where you can loan or borrow chips from other players for various rates) moves so slowly that its barely worth trying to get a loan, even if you have great credit.
Overall, I would suggest going to a random big name over site, because even the novelty value fades quickly.

When did you last play the game? Most of the issues you refer to have been fixed and are old issues at this point. If you haven’t played in a while then I suggest you try it again and update your review.
I believe it was about a week ago the last time I played. The problems just kept increasing until it was a chore to play any more.
I understand poker but what is RPG?
RPG (if you look at my Glossary) stands for Role Playing Game. It is a game term that describes the ability to level up some sort of abilities or access to certain areas.
