Kiwi Blitz
Girls and mechs: The traditional anime mix.
The main character in this comic is a bit of an oddity. She is speaks german but the comic doesn’t seem to take place in Germany (might be Japan but I’m not 100% sure). The comic is drawn in a pretty traditional anime style, in all its glories and faults. The storyline is about this girl named Steffi fighting crime in a robot the shape of a kiwi bird which her father made for her. The police are basically useless, so crime is pretty rampant in the city unless the Army shows up.
One of the best things about this comic is that it mocks its own genre. Mary (the artist) says at a number of times that this is a generic anime comic, but she plays with many of the standards of the genre and makes it entirely her own. Even though there isn’t much of the archives, a great sense of humor pervades the entire comic and I believe that it will continue. This is defiantly a comic that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still can tell the story and keep the reader engaged.
There is only one big negative to this comic in my mind: There seem to be a number of things unexplained in each story arc as well as in the past of the comic. I’m not sure if this will be explored later down the road, but right know there seem to be a number of plot holes that could use some filling in.

I literally can’t understand why students and scientist like this robot mechanics this much.I really don’t like it personally. I believe that humans is creating itself the weapon against the human society. I might be wrong but this is what i think and for sure i will not buy any robotic mechanics devices at least in my home.
